The “Baby Girl C2C Crochet Baby Blanket” Pattern is Ready!!
Blankets and Afghans . Blog Hops . Patterns - Blankets and Afghans
Here is a special C2C crochet baby blanket pattern to make for that new baby girl at your house!
The blanket pattern uses the Corner 2 Corner crochet technique and experience with C2C is expected!
Yarn
The yarn that I used was “Big Twist” Value yarn. I really loved this yarn. It is a worsted #4 weight and it is so soft and squishy. It really worked out perfectly for this design.
Hook and Stitches
The hook that I used was a size “G” so that my C2C squares would be pretty close together with smaller holes between them.
As I have said, I used the C2C technique and the pattern assumes that you have experience with that technique. If you are new to it, be sure to check out my YouTube stitch tutorials about it.
The border is a combination of stitches but the “Bobble” really stands out. And, the frilly edge is just the perfect finish.
