Do Not Fasten Off.
Round 2: *Ch 4. Skip 1 sc, slip stitch in the next st.* Repeat from * to * all the way around the blanket. (Do not do anything special at corners, just continue all the way around.) When you reach the first corner, slip stitch into the first st.

I hope you will find lots of information that will help you on your crochet and knit journey. And, thanks for visiting the world of “Lakeview Cottage Kids”!

Chris:
Love the Chloe Blanket. I am half-way through. But, the border in the picture doesn’t seem to match the border in the picture associated with the pattern. Please, help! Thanks.
Hi Rosemary,
The edging on the Chloe Blanket is made up of two rounds. The first one is basically just establishing a single crochet base row all the way around the blanket. The second round gives the lacy look to the edge. I think you will find that it does work out to look like the photo. Please contact me again if you have more questions.
Best Wishes,
Chris
Hi,
I’d like to crochet the Chloe Baby Blanket. I’d like the pattern. I read here that it is free, but I don’t feel comfortable using a chrome extension. Where can I find it and print it?
Thank you,
Kathie
Hi Kathie,
The pattern is free on my blog. The pattern is part of the post so you would just have to read it from there or copy and paste the instructions to another document that you could print.
Click on the following link for that post.

If you would like to purchase the PDF version of the pattern from my Etsy Shop, please click on the following link.

Thanks for your question!

Thank you Christine for your response…sorry, I just saw it now. I have been following the instructions in this blog and I am well on my way. I wanted it to be wider, so I chained another 10 chains and it’s working well. Wish I would’ve used a larger than G crochet needle…this will take me forever, but it is very pretty!
Thanks,
Kathie
I don’t understand the directions for round 1 of the border.
