“One Green Leaf”……. FREE Crochet Leaf Pattern #2 Today!
Patterns - EmbellishmentsHere is the second leaf pattern. You will notice that it is very similar to the “Little Leaf” pattern. This one, though, has a little more width at the base of it. It’s a bigger leaf all around. It makes a nice look when grouped with a “Little Leaf”!

Thank you for this lovely leaf pattern; it will go with some flowers for the preemie hats I make.
Hi Marianna, I’m new to all this and I couldn’t find where to post my own comments so I’m borrowing yours. I’m also having trouble making this come out, especially on the return side. The video isn’t much help as her left hand is in the way and I can’t see the stitches she is making. Any help would be appreciated as this is a very nice leaf.
Hi Janet,
Thanks so much for your feedback on my “One Green Leaf” pattern and video tutorial. I’m sorry you found it difficult to follow. In order to assist you, and others, I have redone my video tutorial and I hope it will be easier for you to follow! It is on the “One Green Leaf” post on my blog and it is on the “Video Tutorial” page on my blog! Please let me know if you have any further questions!
Best Wishes,
Chris
Such a good tutorial. I tried a lot leaf crochet pattern but I couldn't make 1.
i'm sorry i'm still new at crocheting and i was wondering if there was a video tutorial of this, mine isn't coming out right and i don't know what i am doing wrong. =(
Such a lovely little pattern – thank you for sharing!
Hi – are these UK or American stitches?
I can get to where it says to work the other side of the leaf and then it doesn't work out right, any hints?
Thanks for asking. My patterns are written using American stitches.
Hola! No logro entender la traducción, tendrás un patron con dibujos de los puntos?

I'm sorry, I don't speak Spanish.
I'm sorry the pattern hasn't worked for you. I do have a video tutorial for it on my Video Tutorial page here on my blog. Please check that out. I think that should help. If not, let me know and I will try to help a little more.
Chris
Please check out the video tutorial on the Video Tutorial page here on my blog. Hopefully, that will help you out.
Chris
Chris, thank you for taking the time to share this pattern. I struggled the first time, as well, but instead of being unpleasant- I will be appreciative and watch the video, as you suggested. I hope others who may not have come across so nice wont stop you from sharing in the future.
Sorry, Chris – Tracey again. I watched your video which was perfect. I believe the issue we are having is your written pattern says 8 dc in 4th chain but the video says 4 dc in 4th chain. It makes perfect sense if you watch the video. Again, thanks for sharing.
I've added the video tutorial to this pattern page. Hope that helps!!
I have added the correct video to this page. I think you may have been watching the video for "Little Leaf". That one only uses 4 dc at the beginning and the end of the leaf. Thanks for visiting my pages!
Great little pattern! Thank you! I used #10 thread and a 0 hook. Took it one step further and did a double leaf!
Many thanks for sharing. It works well with what I needed to decorate a troll hat for a 2 year old 🙂
keep well
